Refunds and Returns
Our refund and returns policy is open for 3 business days.
We must approve returns.
If 3 business days have passed since you received your purchase, we will not offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you believe you require a return or refund, please contact us to discuss it before filing a request or sending a product.
Failure to contact us within three business days (3 days) will cause refund and exchange ineligibility.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
We cannot refund digital products.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Ebooks or Digital Art
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email is acceptable.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Print Book with obvious signs of use when it arrives, unless marked accordingly. (i.e. used book)
- Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not because of your error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If we approve your return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the instructions below:
First, check your account again. (credit card, bank, etc)
It may take some time before your refund officially posts.
Second, contact your account holder (credit card company, bank account, paypal, etc)
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact form.
This includes clearance, merch, books, and games.
We do not refund sale or clearance items.
If the item for return arrived as a gift, either directly or through some one else, it could only be eligible for credit on the site.
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
